The Cammino di Santa Barbara App allows you to get to know a historical, cultural, environmental and religious itinerary 500 km long divided into 30 stages, walking along the ancient mining paths of south-west Sardinia.The interactive map allows you to view your position on the route via the devices GPS, even without an internet connection: maps and tracks can be preloaded, avoiding roaming costs.In case of distraction, an alarm warns you if you leave the route, and it is possible to report any problems on the itineraries by communicating the GPS position.The reception facilities, services and points of interest along the routes are located on the map, and you can contact them directly from your smartphone.The App was created by the Santa Barbara Trail Mining Foundation with the contribution of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia.
